Delivery

Delivery is made by Colissimo (with or without signature) throughout Europe depending on the option chosen and/or the destination.
All deliveries are announced by e-mail with the parcel tracking number.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The delays depend on the delivery zones and can take up to 1 day more.

 

  • France:  Orders are usually delivered between 2 to 4 working days after their dispatch.

 

  • Overseas territories:

Delivery is made by Colissimo with Signature

  • OM1: Orders are generally delivered between 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

  • OM2: Orders are generally delivered between 7 to 9 working days after dispatch.

 

  • Europe:

Delivery is by Colissimo with Signature
Orders are generally delivered between 7 to 9 working days after dispatch.

  • Area 1:Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

  • Area 2:Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy.

  • Area 3:Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

  • Area 4:Specific territories of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania.
